What locations do you cover for Concierge Services?

I’m based out of the 55418 area code & cover a 30-minute radius from there! So of course that includes Downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul; but also Roseville, Bloomington, St. Louis Park, and Brooklyn Park.

What Concierge Services are available?

Standard Physical Therapy services such as Therapeutic Exercise, Manual Therapy, and Patient Education; as well as Dry Needling, Cupping, and Scraping!

Do you offer Clinical Outpatient Physical Therapy Services?

Yes! You can find me at Northgate Office Park, 2500 County Rd 88, Minneapolis, MN 55418!

What are your Outpatient hours?

My primary hours are as follows:

• 7:30 AM–11:00 AM

Monday

• 7:30 AM–7:30 PM

Tuesday

• 3:00 PM–7:30 PM

Wednesday

• Closed

Thursday

• 3:00 PM–7:30 PM

Friday

• 7:30 AM–7:30 PM

Saturday

• 7:30 AM–11:00 AM

What Insurances do you currently accept?

I operate as a cash-based provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many patients are able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill to their insurance for out-of-network benefits! I’ll provide all the documentation you need and can help guide you through the process!
