THE ONLY COOL PHYSICAL THERAPIST

PT, Educator, Coach & Creator

Meet Austin Treadwell

Austin Treadwell earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arkansas State University after completing his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at East Tennessee State University. His clinical background includes outpatient orthopedics, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, balance training, neurological rehabilitation, sports rehab, vestibular care, dry needling, and men’s pelvic health.

As a physical therapist, Austin helps people recover from injury, improve mobility, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to the activities that matter most to them. His approach blends evidence-informed care, practical exercise prescription, hands-on treatment, and clear education that patients can actually understand and use.

Austin believes healthcare should feel useful, direct, and empowering — not confusing, intimidating, or overly complicated.

Doctor of Physical Therapy in the Twin Cities

Austin Treadwell, DPT provides physical therapy services in the Minneapolis, Minnesota and the entirety of the Twin Cities region. His clinical interests include orthopedic rehab, sports performance, dry needling, balance and fall prevention, neurological rehab, vestibular dizziness, post-surgical recovery, and men’s health physical therapy.

Through Treadwell, DPT, Austin focuses on helping people move with more confidence and independence. His work includes treating patients with back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, mobility limitations, balance deficits, post-operative needs, athletic injuries, and pelvic health concerns.

Austin’s goal is not just to help people feel better temporarily. The bigger goal is to help people understand what is happening, why it matters, and what they can do about it.

Anatomy Educator & Health Content Creator

Austin Treadwell is also the creator behind a wealth of anatomy and physical therapy educational content, including the “Anatomy Breakdown — Muscle by Muscle” video series. Through this work, Austin explains human anatomy in a way that is practical, visual, and connected to real movement.

His anatomy content covers muscles, joints, nerves, clinical relevance, rehab concepts, and movement education. The goal is to make anatomy easier to understand for students, clinicians, patients, athletes, and anyone who wants to know how the body works.

Austin’s content is designed to be accurate, accessible, and memorable — because anatomy should not just be memorized. It should make sense.
